The title here is misleading as we’re not talking about obstacles, but simply an arrangement which resembles arrows, only broader and obtuse with the angle, resembling the shape of a wide mountain. Specifically, we’re dealing with angles including 120 and 150 degrees. Because we lack the sharp, pointed and acute angles of Arrows here, we can’t say that there is a harmony of flow between the clock hands; on the other hand, we also lack the rigid squares of Brackets and 180 degree Oppositional alignments which we will discuss next. As such, I see Mountains as between these as more of a neutral pattern, signifying static potential which could be used for creation or destruction, and for “good” or “bad”; therefore, this arrangement emphasizes the power of choice.
In practical terms, seeing this clock configuration indicates a blank, neutral slate with the option between different paths of action resting in your hands, with the potential of that choice revealing itself in the path chosen. As such, it highlights our personal power to shape and create our own destinies through our actions, instead of helplessly surrendering to the shackles of a pre-ordained destiny. This may apply to a personal, job, relationship or other situation.
